Module 4 of 12 · 心理健康中文 Mental Health
焦虑惊恐 Worry, Anxiety and Panic
Talk about worry and panic in Mandarin: an attack in detail, the heart checked first, slow breathing, the GAD-7 and avoidance.
By the end of this module you can…
- Ask about a panic attack: when, where, what the body felt, and what they feared most.
- Explain panic in plain words, once a doctor has checked the heart and other causes.
- Coach slow breathing and grounding when a patient panics in front of you.
- Ask the GAD-7 questions faithfully, and say the score back as a screen, not a diagnosis.
- Talk about avoidance, and plan small steps back with the patient leading.
