1. 牙齿拥挤不好刷，也容易磨损不均。Yá chǐ yōng jǐ bù hǎo shuā, yě róng yì mó sǔn bù jūn.Crowded teeth are harder to clean and wear unevenly.
2. 今天拍照、拍片，再做数字扫描。Jīn tiān pāi zhào, pāi piàn, zài zuò shù zì sǎo miáo.Today we take photos, X-rays and a digital scan.
3. 固定牙套自己拆不下来，隐形牙套可以取下来。Gù dìng yá tào zì jǐ chāi bu xià lái, yǐn xíng yá tào kě yǐ qǔ xià lai.Fixed braces stay on; clear aligners you can take out.
4. 整个矫正大约需要两年。Zhěng ge jiǎo zhèng dà yuē xū yào liǎng nián.Plan on about two years from start to finish.
5. 每四到六周来调整一次。Měi sì dào liù zhōu lái tiáo zhěng yí cì.Come in for an adjustment every four to six weeks.
6. 每次调整以后可能会酸痛两三天。Měi cì tiáo zhěng yǐ hòu kě néng huì suān tòng liǎng sān tiān.It may ache for two or three days after each adjustment.
7. 上课和睡觉的时候都要戴着。Shàng kè hé shuì jiào de shí hou dōu yào dài zhe.Keep the aligners in during class and while you sleep.
8. 橡皮筋按医生教的位置挂，每天都要戴。Xiàng pí jīn àn yī shēng jiāo de wèi zhi guà, měi tiān dōu yào dài.Hook the elastics where the orthodontist showed you, every day.
9. 托槽松了、钢丝扎嘴，请打电话给我们。Tuō cáo sōng le, gāng sī zhā zuǐ, qǐng dǎ diàn huà gěi wǒ men.If a bracket loosens or the wire pokes, call us.
10. 保持器每天晚上都要戴，牙才不会跑。Bǎo chí qì měi tiān wǎn shang dōu yào dài, yá cái bú huì pǎo.Wear the retainer every night so the teeth don’t drift.
