By the end of this module you can…

• Greet the family with 您 and the child with 你, warmly.
• Introduce yourself as the pediatrician, and ask what brings them in today.
• Confirm the child’s name and date of birth, and say a child’s age in months or years.
• Find out who is with the child, and use the right family words.
• Bring in a professional interpreter when it matters, and close the visit warmly.
