Module 12 of 12 · 心理健康中文 Mental Health
危机沟通 Crisis Care and Hard Conversations
Stay steady in a crisis in Mandarin: calming things down, a crisis call, voices, hospital holds, family, loss, and saying goodbye.
By the end of this module you can…
- Calm a tense moment: a low voice, space, simple choices, and no arguing.
- Take a crisis call: immediate danger first, then the right route: 988, a crisis team, or 911.
- Ask about voices and fears without arguing, and explain voluntary and involuntary hospital care honestly.
- Listen to family in a crisis, and say clearly what you can and cannot share.
- Plan the first week after discharge, speak with care after a suicide loss, and end therapy well.
