1. 医生给您开了转诊，去看心脏科。Yī shēng gěi nín kāi le zhuǎn zhěn, qù kàn xīn zàng kē.The doctor has referred you to cardiology.
2. 我们会把您的病历和检查结果发过去。Wǒ men huì bǎ nín de bìng lì hé jiǎn chá jié guǒ fā guo qu.We’ll send your records and results over.
3. 专科那边一般会在一个星期内打电话给您。Zhuān kē nà biān yì bān huì zài yí ge xīng qī nèi dǎ diàn huà gěi nín.They usually call within a week.
4. 两个星期还没消息，请告诉我们。Liǎng ge xīng qī hái méi xiāo xi, qǐng gào su wǒ men.No news in two weeks? Let us know.
5. 这是化验单，请拿到二楼化验室。Zhè shì huà yàn dān, qǐng ná dào èr lóu huà yàn shì.Lab order: take it to the second-floor lab.
6. 要空腹抽血的话，一般抽血前八到十二个小时不要吃东西，可以喝白开水。Yào kōng fù chōu xiě de huà, yì bān chōu xiě qián bā dào shí èr ge xiǎo shí bú yào chī dōng xi, kě yǐ hē bái kāi shuǐ.If fasting: usually nothing for 8 to 12 hours before; plain water only.
7. 结果出来以后，医生会看，然后通知您。Jié guǒ chū lai yǐ hòu, yī shēng huì kàn, rán hòu tōng zhī nín.The doctor reviews results, then lets you know.
8. 结果是什么意思，医生会跟您解释。Jié guǒ shì shén me yì si, yī shēng huì gēn nín jiě shì.The doctor will explain what the results mean.
9. 我们现在就约三个月以后的复诊吧。Wǒ men xiàn zài jiù yuē sān ge yuè yǐ hòu de fù zhěn ba.Let’s book your three-month follow-up now.
10. 要病历复印件的话，请填这张申请表。Yào bìng lì fù yìn jiàn de huà, qǐng tián zhè zhāng shēn qǐng biǎo.For a copy of your records, fill in this form.
